Sidewalk chalk artist Ellis Gallagher, first introduced to those outside of Brooklyn here, is suing the city for 5 million dollars. Apparently, my man is tired of getting harassed (and arrested) for what doesn’t even technically qualify as graffiti. Although he probably won’t see much cheese, it would be nice to see him be able to do him without having to worry about NY’s finest. The streets is watching…
