Recently, Smirnoff Vodka approached 3 MC’s and 3 Producers to remake three classic songs from the MC’s catalogues. This past Tuesday, they all got together to rock them for the press. So they ended up linking Krs-One and Dj Premier for “Criminal Minded ‘08,” Q-tip and Cool and Dre (huh?) for “Midnight ‘08″ and Common and Just Blaze for “The Light ‘08.” After a short press conference and some rather delicious dranky dranks, all three songs were performed and press got to mix it up with newly formed teams.
