These days, Red Bull is powering a lot more than last minute cramming sessions and bachelorette parties. They’ve amasssed a pretty sick skate team, who will be putting on a demo this Saturday in Sayersville. If you make it out, tell ‘em Mass Appeal sent ya. It won’t get you (or us) anything, but at least they’ll know you’re down with the kings. Also brought to you by the most underrated little skateshop in the tri-state area, NJ Skateshop.

With just under a zillion new releases every year, Nike can’t possibly expect to strike gold every time, but when they do, oh boy. These soon to-be-released Court Forces are dripping in Native American influence in the form of patterns, leather laces and even beads. If you made it out to the 50th issue release party, you saw a number of amazing things, Killer Mike included. One of the highlights of Killer Mike’s performance, however, besides him pouring vodka shots for everyone in the crowd who wanted one, was this Shawty Lo sampling banger. Turn it all the way up and go to your happy place. It’ll be like you’re right back at the party.

Ooh wee, Prodigy is crazy! Good crazy though. Not the kind of crazy you try to avoid getting trapped in the same subway car with. The kind you trap in the booth before an impending jail term to squeeze bangers like this out of. HNIC 2 is in stores as of yesterday. Go got that!

Why, yes we did just get a shipment of Trojan condoms to use in upcoming photo shoots. We have to give a big, big thanks to Trojan. It’ll be a very safe week for everyone over here. Oh yeah, on the Magnum box, it says “Living Large.” Nice.

Chris Pastras is known by gallery crowds solely as a visual artist and Jason Lee is certainly known to most as Earl Hickey, the repentant television thief, but those who have an affinity for wheels mounted under planks of wood, know that the duo is actually doubling as Stereo Sound Agents 547 & o470. First of all, remixing any song with Sean Kingston on it by not including him on the remix makes it instantly better, but the homies over at The Amps also happen to have skills on the boards. They’ve somehow added more Bun B, to Bun’s first single, also giving it sensible reggae undercurrent. Speaking of Big Bun, II Trill is dropping mid-May and includes an incredible track called “You’re Everything” with a Jodeci sample. Do you remember Jodeci?!?

In some more news regarding our super sick wid it 50th issue, this weekend there’s a prime opportunity to re-up on some oh so dope Pegleg wears.

On “Pain”, the latest from our issue 50 cover-boy, Game remembers the days of yore, with dookie rope gold chains and Cazal glasses, and gets a little assistance from the hood’s Miss America, Keisha Cole. At this point, I guess we can’t help but notice his pain, and he’s more thank willing to share it with us.
